If that doesn't work, or if Roll Back isn't available: Go to control panel,device manager and locate the device. Right click it and uninstall it. Plug it into your computer and restart your computer. It should boot up and recognize the device. It's ok to roll back the driver with either of these methods if the previous one works better.
